Riding bike and roaming in Taipei city to find the scenes for sketching, I went to Di Hwa St. and then turned to Chongqing North Road. The afternoon sun was illuminated from the northeast to southwest and blue sky was faraway, white clouds went fast and changed to different shapes.
There is a 30-year-old vendor specializing in the pork knuckle with Chinese angelica, bursts of fragrance make me feel coveted as I was sketching. There is also an opera park behind me and the Taiwanese Opera was singing as I sat in the corner of the opposite street and painted the small alley. There were not a lot of green colors so I can use the cerulean blue bravely .
騎車找景，到了迪化街又繞到重慶南路，下午的陽光由西南方照向東北方，後方的天空很藍，一陣陣白雲飄過。附近有一家30年當歸豬腳老店，陣陣飄香，令人垂涎。後方戲曲公園內唱著歌仔戲。我坐在街角畫著對街的街心，換了更吸水的水彩紙，可一上再上的疊色。終於這次主題沒有太多綠色，可以好好畫上天空藍~

我很久沒有橫向水平構圖，總覺得這種構圖缺少景深，繪者和被描繪者都沒有退讓的空間，但如在平面中，開一透視小縫，反而讓視覺在撞到平面後，自然而那往小縫深處探索。這也使這條巷子成了畫面中的焦點和趣味的中心~謝謝你的讚賞~
